All my life I have been a little bit different. All my life I have seen things I would rather forget. Not all the time, not every day or even every year but enough Now I have become fascinated by these things, problem is that my worldview says that this fascination is a direct highway to hell. I never asked for this and a part of me wonders. Isn't this natural? Isn't this the way it was originally? When the age of reason came and we threw the intellectual baby out with the bathwater in an attempt to cleave unto science and cast away religion did we close our eyes to the reality sitting just beyond our perception? Have we forgotten the legends of old and the ways of our forefathers to our own detriment?
I am afraid so. Because now when we see those things that slip in and out of our world we are so terrified that we hide behind mental health and science, we dogmatically proclaim that "this can not exist." What a leap of faith my friend!
Welcome to the Silent Planet, that's Earth. You are the true inhabitants. Don't you want to know what is going on here?

I think many Christians have had brushes with the transmundane, but are afraid to talk about it, even to other believers. Scripture tells us that spirits are all around us, and not all are friendly, so believers shouldn't be surprised if they find themselves interacting with something very strange at some point in their walk. Take heart, and don't be afraid to talk about it, because in the spiritual war, Christ's followers are the beneficiaries of His victory. I think these incidents are tests for us, and our response is important. Fight the enemy with heartfelt prayer, and you will prevail, through God's grace.
Very true Medic, I think that this is one of the hardest things in life to talk about even with another believer in Christ or with someone who has had a similar expirience. People willing to approach this with honesty are brave and face an up-hill battle.
